I have been involved in physiotherapy for a long time, and I can confidently say it is also my passion. I began in the field of neurology but currently focus entirely on traumatology, orthopedics, and sports physiotherapy. I spent the last nine years in England, where I worked as a physiotherapist helping people with back pain, joint and muscle overload, as well as athletes with musculoskeletal injuries. I have worked with footballers and long-distance runners, including marathon and ultramarathon athletes. My interests lie in movement analysis and optimization, soft tissue work, trigger point therapy, fascial manipulation, and mobilization. I don’t just address symptoms; I seek the real cause and aim to eliminate it permanently. In therapy, I follow the principle that nothing is impossible, and with a holistic approach and an open mind, I strive to motivate people to harness not only their physical but also their mental potential.
