About Me
My journey into physiotherapy was inspired by my personal experience in elite sports — specifically athletics. Through sport, I quickly came to understand the vital role not only of well-structured training, but also of recovery, nutrition, and mental well-being. These factors are essential not only for peak performance, but also for maintaining long-term health. Over time, my interest in the connection between body, mind, and movement became the foundation of my professional approach.
Throughout the years, I’ve developed a deep respect for the human body — for its complexity, adaptability, and also its limits, which must be acknowledged and not exceeded. That’s why I never focus solely on isolated issues when working with clients, but always strive to view and treat the person as a whole.
I currently specialize in orthopaedic, trauma-related, sports, and functional physiotherapy. I also have experience working with patients with haemophilia, and I am gradually expanding my expertise into the field of gynaecological physiotherapy.
