Since childhood, I’ve been heavily drawn to sports, which eventually became my passion. As a former professional volleyball player, I unfortunately suffered from injuries related to inadequate compensation for unilateral load and poor conditioning. This experience became a significant motivation for me to study physiotherapy at the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, and further pursue a master’s degree in Conditioning Coaching at the Faculty of Sports Studies, Masaryk University in Brno. My goal has always been to better understand the human body and movement, which is why I make it a priority to individualize my approach as much as possible for each client during therapy sessions. During my studies, I began working as a physiotherapist and conditioning coach for the Czech youth volleyball team in categories U15-U18. I also expanded my knowledge of physiotherapy at a clinic, where I worked primarily with orthopedic, post-traumatic, and back pain diagnoses.
