At Fyzio Svět, I am responsible not only for the daily operations and leading the front desk team, but also for setting up internal processes, organizing operational changes, and coordinating collaboration between different parts of the clinic. Thanks to my medical background, I am able to connect the perspective of client care with the efficient functioning of the entire system. Together with the management team, I participate in decisions that influence the direction and operations of the whole clinic.
