I am a lifelong athlete. As a trainer, I am focusing on movement, strength and conditioning training for young athletes of various disciplines. Thanks to studying at the Faculty of Physical Culture at Palacký University Olomouc I have a better understanding of movement and its influence on the human body which is helping me in my day to day work. During my study I have expanded my specialization to pulmonary and respiratory rehabilitation, mainly for patients with post-covid syndrome. It is still a great part of my ambulatory and scientific work. I am using this knowledge in work not only with my patients but also as a hockey trainer, with my players. Working as a Physiotherapist is my passion and motivates me to constantly improve in this field. Together we will find the way to make movement fun again!
